The mashed potatoes were also quite good as was the veggie which was a sautéed broccolini, which was cooked but had a nice crunch (so was not soggy). The steak was prepared quite well and was very tender and juicy, just how I like it. I ordered the steak medium-rare and it did not disappoint. I ordered the NY Steak with salad and mashed potatoes. I was seated promptly and placed my order within five minutes. While the casino looked fairly busy, the restaurant was not busy at all. I had always wanted to try a steak dinner at Legends. Unfortunately, the buffet had to close back in 2020 due to COVID19.
Normally whenever I visit Spirit Mountain for a meal, it is to eat at the Cedar Plank Buffet.
